Phil Tweed is a highly accomplished studio producer, having produced or been on the production team of over 150 album projects. Some of his notable clients include Sellaband, Marty Worrall, Vegas Dragons, MissA, Wild Rose, Tiffany Gow, Beth Robertson amongst many others.
Phil is the only Australian producer listed in the experts page of Sellaband (www2.sellaband.com/experts) and is listed with Studios 301 in Sydney as one of their recommended producers. He works closely with many other professionals in the industry,
including Sony BMG, The Grove Studios, 301 Mastering, Turtlerock Mastering, Redsocks Music, Turn Around Music and Hot Potato Studios.
The repertoire of styles that he produces is hugely diverse, from heavy metal, dance, pop, orchestral, jazz to classical opera. A self confessed obsessive, Phil's approach to studio production is highly detailed. He works very closely with his clients to ensure the process of production is smooth, yet fun and relaxing. Phil takes an enormous amount of care over every aspect of album production, yet is focussed on capturing great performances with musicians and vocalists.
